Who loves chocolate? Marshmallows? Graham Crackers? A good ol campfire on a fall night. Ahhhhh. But wait, it’s June in Alabama and it’s hot as balls. And more bugs on this mountain than in hell itself.
One night this past week I was HANGRY for a s’mores. Pre Covid, I woulda hopped in my car and vroom vroom’d down to the local WallyWorld for the very important supplies. But NOOOO, coronavirus had to mutate and make the world go crazy and we only do walmart pickup now instead of going in to the stores to limit exposure.
Whew, sorry✋ I digress.
Smores. Yes. Warm, mouthwatering, finger-lickin’ s’mores. Heavenly, angelic, divine… I’m doing it again.
It’s hot as balls, bugs are everywhere, my husband is practically allergic to summer. Soooo, I made smores in a cake pan and tossed it in the oven. Yep. the OVEN.

I’m going to be honest. I made it and the kids and I were so excited to try it. I put my knife under hot water and sliced us some pieces, and while it was GOOD, it didn’t hit the spot for me. I was sad. I put it in the fridge after we all had a serving and forgot about it for like, 20 hours.
The KEY THING TO DO, is put in the fridge and let that thang set forever.
Girrrrrrrlllll. I cut me off another piece the next day, and DANNNGGG it was SOOOO GOOOOOOD. I ate 3 pieces before I blinked. Oops.
