Lose fat FAST

Drop 10 lbs before Christmas!

We have all heard those things and various more versions over and over. It’s just lies. That doesn’t help our INSIDES at all-that’s focusing solely on our looks. Stop it!

Losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks COULD happen….but in a healthy way? Probably not. In a sustainable way? Definitely not.

Focus instead on eating foods FOR your body. What does my body need? What foods are filled with certain vitamins and minerals that will help my depression? What types of foods cause my anxiety to become unmanageable?

In my little Corolla I can use the cheapest gas out there.

In my husbands old Benz? Hahaha, no! You have to use the high dollar gas.

You are worth more than a Benz! So quit feeding yourself crap for fuel!

Just like a car, our bodies need fuel. As Christians, our bodies are vehicles-filled with the Holy Spirit. These vehicles need to be properly fueled so they can go to all the ends of the earth and spread the Good News (Matthew 28:19-20.)

If you put some Dr. Pepper in your car’s gas tank, you won’t make it to the other side of your neighborhood, much less out of town.

When you are making a decision on what to eat, stop and ask yourself, “Does this add value to my body? Does this help propel my vehicle forward? Or is this going to do more harm than good?”
